Leisure Dive (with diving qualification)
The Leisure Scuba Diving experience is for divers who already possess a recognised dive licence such as an “Open Water Diver Licence” attained from an internationally recognised organisation such as PADI, SDI or SSI. For the ‘Leisure Dive’ day, you can enjoy three dives from boat near to Manukan Island or Sulug Island that are part of Tunku Abdul Rahman National Park; and your accompanying Dive Instructor or Dive Master who will know the best local areas to dive. The depth you can dive to will of course be dependent on your licence.
Leisure Dive Includes:
• Return Boat Transfer / Conservation & Island Fees
• Sutera Harbour Marina Jetty Fees
• 2 Dives (3 Dives RM390)
• Light Refreshments (cakes/Coffee) & Mineral Water
• Lunch on the island (à la carte)
• Full set of dive equipment
• Guidance of Dive Instructor / Dive Master
Leisure Dive: Sample Itinerary
0815 – Meet at Sutera Harbour Marina Jetty. Registration and departure.
0830 – Departure to Tunku Abdul Rahman Park Island.
0845 – Registration / Safety Briefing and guest will try out their equipment.
0915 – First Dive Session (30-45 minutes)
1000 – Surface interval & rest while waiting for the next Dive session. During your rest, you can also go to the top deck to enjoy the Sun or just relax at the bottom deck and enjoy light refreshment
1115 – Second Dive Session (30-45 minutes)
1215 – Back on the boat and depart to Island
1230 – Lunch on the Island
1315 – Free at own leisure
1345 – Third Dive Session (30-45 minutes)
1445 – Return to Sutera Harbour Marina Jetty
1500 – Arrival at Sutera Harbour Marina Jetty
Important Note:
• You dive at your own risk
• No Flying, SPA Massage or visit to Kinabalu National Park on dive day
• No refunds for any cancellation or amendment
• Sold on ‘seat-in-coach’ basis – there may be other guests joining the course
